Can you quote from photos or samples?
We can estimate the direction first, but accurate quoting needs PDF, STEP or key dimensions. With photos only, please also provide material, quantity, overall size and use position.
Do you accept small batches and small machined parts?
Yes. Samples, small batches, repeat orders and smaller precision parts can be reviewed. Feasibility depends on material, tolerances, fixturing and inspection — send the drawing first. No list prices on this page.
Do you machine precision machining parts from drawings?
Yes. Shafts, sleeves, flanges, brackets and fixtures are machined from your drawings after an engineering review of material, tolerances and quantity. Start with PDF/STEP; see also shaft machining and CNC turning.
What drawing files do you accept?
PDF for 2D drawings and STEP for 3D models are preferred. Add material grade, quantity, key tolerances and lead time so we can check whether the quotation data is complete.
Can you handle finishing and packing?
Common finishing such as blackening, galvanizing, anodizing and deburring can be arranged, with packing planned for logistics or export shipping. Scope is confirmed after drawing review.
