How to Choose a Palletizer

Real selection points before you request a quote
1. Package first
Carton, bag, or mixed SKU? Soft bags need different grippers than rigid cartons. Mixed SKUs usually point to a robot cell.

Heavier packs or multiple pallet positions favor a gantry. Tight floor space often fits a column cell. We size structure from your payload and travel — we do not quote a single fixed speed for all products.

If operators change box or bag formats every shift, prioritize quick tool change and recipe memory — typically a robot palletizer cell.

Package L×W×H, weight, target rate, pallet size, stack pattern, floor space, power. Photos of the current line help.
